Active Quality Rating in Report Card is active, performance ratings (PPM and QR) are accurate
Launching Plant in process of becoming active in Report Card
4 stages
  • Receipt data to plant for suppliers in Report Card against internal Report Card code - no affect on supplier performance rating
  • Internal Report Card code being mapped to supplier's GSDB code - - supplier performance rating temporarily affected, increased receipts without reject data from new plant
  • Plant commences entry of Quality Rejects in Report Card - QR notification emails from plant, supplier performance rating going forward will be accurate
  • Histroical QR data loaded - supplier performance rating to plant is accurate
